How do you see your country?

Dear Zuma. Your party controls since May 9, 1994 the Union Building. The first step in people's lives better, the improvement of housing. Without housing, it is almost impossible to get people's living standards improve. In the constitution of the country you are driving, you are since Feb. 4, 1997 obliges the housing of staff members.
The state - so you Zuma - should take measures within its [the state's] available resources, this right [...] realize. Zuma But dear, you do not use all your available resources not. You rather increase the government grants to women or spend your millions callia to your paleisies.
Zuma, as I wrote, I'm friendly today. I understand the head of state to fly. Visits, meetings and events around the world. Zuma But dear, I understand the amount. That's 210 million South African Rand (ZAR). Apparently 21 million Euro (EUR) in three years' time.
And when I compare. My country's economy is as big as the South African economy. My land is in three continents (Europe, North America and South America); South Africa. So the Dutch fares should be higher, right?
No. The Dutch travel costs since 2009 amounted only 9 million euros (3 million per year) or 90 million South African Rand. The Queen, her heir and his wife, the four minister-presidents and 40 other ministers of the Kingdom's four countries have flown for 90 million rand. The 50 office bearers fly 90 million Rand in domestic and abroad. Dutch domestic flights amounted to more than 8,000 km - transatlanties.
How do you see your country?
There is nothing on the face of it wrong with your criticism that R210Miljoen used incorrectly callia and for a better purpose could go. I just think the R210Miljoen had in the first place in the state's hands ended - the private callia sector is always more economical and efficient in use of resources. My problem is your reference to the Constitution, especially in terms of Section 21, most "rights" in the Constitution indicates negative rights and then come Art21 and confused everything because it suggests that everything is positive right. The right to health-the right to lollipops - the right to housing - the right to enjoy sex with prostitutes affordable - the right to airplanes and the right to clean water. It is not a right, and who will now say what "right" should receive priority. You and I have no "right" to say what another money to spend, callia so the question is whose money is R210Miljoen? All that can be criticized as unethical the initiation of coercion with the threat of violence. The deed you must criticize the theft of the self R210Miljoen aka Tax. You can not use the money already stalked regret it, the crime is committed or keeping it on prostitutes or cancer patients want to spend is not an ethical problem. Let me put it this way: My R10 (part of the R210Miljoen) without my consent taken / stolen, what do I care whether he wants to buy condoms in it?
The private sector will never be able interests of citizens cope. It's here the difference of opinion between the democracies in Europe and America. In America, the state is bad, in Europe the market is bad. Everyone should pay taxes (as a country work - as in Europe). And the tax money should be used to help people with education, health care and improving living standards.
In the article I call the rights callia of section 26 of the South African Constitution (I wrote it first error as Article 21 of the Dutch Constitution). This is a right; without things that I could not live like this. In the Netherlands there are lawsuits posted if the government the right not perform well. But you make your comments so senseless with your references to "rights" that are not rights.
Do not get me wrong. When I mean people have the right to housing, I do not mean the people's "right" to a 100-room house inclusive pool and private airport to attend, but a house of three or four rooms with a toilet, A shower and electric. These are the basis for a healthy life. It's not about the price and size of the houses (a four bedroom home in the Netherlands is more expensive then a 12-room villa in South Africa). The Dutch government has succeeded since 1955 more than 4 million 6-room houses (terraced / row dwellings) callia to build. It is currently callia half the homes in the Netherlands. And as a city, town or muninisipaliteit not enough homes, residents dragged the government to court. And mostly, the state forced to build new homes. No, of course, the state is not the only one building, but that is not a new house can afford, living in a rented house of state (= the four million homes). The other four or five million callia homes are private and
