New times, guaranteed and certified organic quality at Anuga Organic, extending the Anuga FoodService: these are some of the main novelties of the 32nd edition of Anuga, the international exhibition in Cologne with the participation of 6,777 companies from around the world and are expected to attract around 160 thousand buyers. In the presence of growth is also Italian: 1,043 Italian companies are exhibiting, followed at a distance by Spain (447) China (409), France (255) and Turkey (249). From this year on, there is a new thematic section, all dedicated to fair trade products, which will be the tenth trendy theme of Anuga. The Fair Trade products, for which the last decade there has been a strong surge in demand will thus be searched and found among the products on display through the database export http_proxy of Anuga. Among the trending topics introduced in 2005 in the database of the fair as search keys for categories, there are also gourmet products and regional specialties, halal food, organic products, vegetarian products, health foods and functional, kosher products, finger food, brands commercial (private label) and ingredients. Last new feature is the expansion of Anuga FoodService, dedicated to technology, to food and equipment for catering and eating out consumption. There will also be a "Anuga FoodService Power Breakfast" sponsored by the magazine FoodService Europe & Middle East, Frankfurt, in cooperation with Koelnmesse, with which to start the day for three mornings. Three thematic groups and target - catering, commercial concepts export http_proxy for consumption outside the home and innovative cuisine for restaurants - treated by international speakers.
